Reward Program

How can I earn points from the rewards program?

You can earn points both online and in-store.
Signing up is easy and quick you can do it online by clicking the black "check rewards" widget in the right hand corner or alternatively come in store and sign up.

How can I exchange my free reward for something else?

The returned item must be returned in a saleable condition within 28 days. Please email us at customerservice@presentimes.co.uk.

Delivery

Can I have something delivered outside of Faversham?

We can deliver to Faversham and the surrounding areas. If you require delivery outside of the these areas please contact us on 01795 533 050.
We have a sister store. We operate from Hallmark in Chigwell London. We can deliver to East London and the surrounding area. Please contact Hallmark on 0208 500 4209 for delivery to this area.
We also cover Oxfordshire depending on location. Please email admin@celebrateshop.co.uk.
